House – x + & dot. 10M by 10M volume with different planar compositions for each floor that corresponds to unique views of the surrounding.
Ground floor is an x [ˈɛks] structure with views configuration of a + (plus). Walk around structure of a ground floor connects kitchen, dining, living area and entry to one continues space.
First floor is a + (plus) structure with views configuration of an x [ˈɛks]. Walk around structure of the first floor connects main bedroom, room, shared space and bathroom to one continues space.
Roof terrace has 360 degrees views into all the surrounding.
– (minus) floor is semi-olympic pool 25M in length, 2,5M wide and 2M deep (minimal possible). Amazing space for personal training and relaxation after long day.
Materiality of the house is cast in situ insulated concrete with glass pellet. Concrete texture visible from inside and outside, monolithic and solid. Deep wood texture appears in some details around the interior: stairs, furniture and unique design furnitures.
